First Run and Special Sessions

Hello Team,

    The first run last Saturday was great; Good run Chris, Tammy, Jyothish and Karthik! This Saturday, the marathoners will run 4 and 5 miles. I hope you all are getting started on the weekday workouts as well.

     We have some exciting updates for you. We have two special sessions planned and so mark your calendars for the following dates:

Aug 18th, 11AM: Physiotherapists Chris and Liz will talk to us about running, the muscles involved and stretching tips. They will also answer questions from our runners.

Aug 25th, 11AM: Dietitian Page will talk to us about nutrition and diet necessary for running a marathon and will also answer your questions on the topic.
