2008 Training Program and Schedule
Hi Folks,
Training Schedules are up on Google Calendar. This is a suggested training program for beginners and advanced runnners for Half and Full runners on the our team. The training schedule can be adapted to suit your needs, or as per Coach Ron's instructions.

Dates to remember:
12th July, 2008: Start of Full Marathon training.
16th August, 2008: Start of Half Marathon training.
27th November, 2008: Atlanta Full\Half Marathon.
